1. Agreement of Service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by RinjaniMountain.com (“we”, “us”, or “Provider”) to all clients (“you” or “Client”). By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are confirmed at the time of booking and are based on the selected trekking package. Prices do not include additional personal expenses such as equipment rental, extra transport, travel insurance, or optional services unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required to secure your booking and must be completed via Credit Card or other approved payment methods as instructed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client:
- 14 days or more before the trek: Full refund (excluding administrative fees)
- 7–13 days before the trek: 50% refund
- 6 days or less before the trek: No refund
Refunds will be processed through our payment partner and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.
4. Force Majeure
RinjaniMountain.com shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government regulations, or safety concerns.
In such cases, we offer flexible options including rescheduling your trek at no additional cost or providing a partial refund based on circumstances.
5. Our Responsibilities
We are committed to delivering high-quality services, including:
- Licensed and experienced trekking guides
- Professional porters
- Accommodation and transportation as outlined in your package
We prioritize your safety and experience. However, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a participant, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining a suitable level of physical fitness for trekking
- Following all safety guidelines and instructions from our team
- Respecting local regulations and environmental standards
- Securing and taking care of your personal belongings
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and becomes effective immediately upon publication.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be settled through arbitration under Indonesian jurisdiction.
