At RinjaniMountain.com, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made by the Client in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that the time required for funds to be received may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. How to Request a Refund

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow the steps below:

  • Submit your refund request via email.
  • Include your full name, booking reference number, trekking date, and reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Funds will be credited according to your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the payment method used (e.g., PayLater services).
The total refund amount will never exceed the original transaction value.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the trekking date, except in cases of verified force majeure.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled trek without prior notice (no-show)
